About the event
Fractional Talent Network (FTN)
Monthly Training and Peer Discussion for Fractional Professionals
Event Overview
The Fractional Talent Network (FTN) is a monthly, facilitated community for professionals building or recently established fractional or consulting businesses.
Each month, FTN brings together experienced operators, consultants, and leaders to learn, discuss, and problem-solve around the real challenges of running an independent practice. Sessions combine structured training with peer discussion to support practical decision-making, learning, and business growth.
This is not a course and not a pitch room. FTN is designed for professionals who want thoughtful guidance, peer insight, and consistent momentum as they build their businesses.
What to Expect
Each FTN session is centered on a focused business topic relevant to fractional professionals and includes:
Structured training led by Kate or an invited speaker
Facilitated group discussion for peer learning and application
A collaborative environment to explore real business questions
Ongoing connection beyond the session through the FTN community
Sessions are interactive, practical, and grounded in real-world experience.
