Our Recruitment Process

Send us your resume and contact info and interest in one of our open positions
Recruiter Screen
Have a 30-minute phone screen with one of our Recruiters to discuss your background, the details of the open position, and determine together if it is a good fit.
Client Submittal
We have preferred relationships with our clients working on their Direct Hire Positions in IT, Sales, and Leadership roles. We prepare a candidate submittal presentation to share with our Hiring Managers at our clients and get you prompt feedback.
Interview
We coordinate the interview process with the hiring manager to ensure a timely, efficient interview schedule. We provide our candidates with interview preparation tips as well as interview feedback debriefs. You will have frequent communication from our highly trained recruiters
Offer
We help negotiate the best salary and offer for you, and partner with you to get you hired by one of our clients.
