Job searching as a senior leader can feel isolating, and it’s easy to lose momentum between applications and interviews. LIT Lab keeps you moving.
Every week, you’ll meet live with Kate Lewis, Krizza Levardo and a small group of experienced professionals who understand where you are. You’ll practice what matters, get honest feedback from recruiters who run executive searches every week, and share leads and referrals with peers.

Yes, anytime. There’s no long-term commitment.
What happens when I land a role?
You can move to our monthly networking community, so you stay connected with the group.
How big is the group?
Small, so everyone gets time to share and get feedback.
